The company was founded by Johnathan Sparks to reach the niche market of Churches, restaurants, clubs, music studios, boutique hotels, lofts/urban living and live performance venues wishing to incorporate technology driven architecture, design and specialty acoustics into new and existing projects so as to capture a quickly emerging demographic of customers not satisfied with traditional architecture and design. Johnathan Sparks is from a fourth generation family of builders and real estate developers. From an early age he was involved in construction; and to date has built in multiple states including, but not limited to, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, Michigan, Kansas, Alabama and Louisiana. In 2002 Kara Sparks joined the team and brought her general knowledge of operations and senior project management from her ten years in national corporate healthcare. Together with their team of seasoned and experienced construction design, building, and management professionals, they have create a remarkable and cohesive team that enables TGI  to provide a well-rounded project from start to finish every time.

We are committed to our clients and helping them obtain their vision. We provide a full spectrum of construction, design, specialty acoustics and AVL installation services from conceptual design to construction/project management. Our approach reduces time and frustration during the process as the team that starts the project follows it through its entirety, which allows for a smooth transition from one phase to the next because the client already has a relationship with the entire team from the beginning.

Not only do we believe in changing the world one project at time by building great structures and architecture, but we are actively involved in Missions and World Outreach to take hope, food, resources, building, training, education and the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to the four corners of the earth.

We believe as a successful company it is our responsibility to afford to our neighbors, local communities, and less fortunate communities worldwide, the same opportunity we have for a more victorious and blessed life through the freedom that comes from having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We financially support orphanages, educational facilities, faith based churches and outreaches in places like, Africa, Haiti, Mexico, South America, India, Cambodia, Asia, Russia, and the U.S.
